Overlooking one of the two excellent golf courses in Mandelieu,
Villa Marco is located almost at the end of a quiet cul de sac.
Elevated in position it is not overlooked and has a completely
private garden fenced and hedged all round. There are various different
terraced levels in the grounds, a double garage with extra parking
in a turn-around courtyard, and a kidney-shaped pool measuring
approximately 9 x 4.5 metres. Shops and restaurants are at a few
minutes’ drive and access to the Esterel motorway is extremely
easy. Beaches are sand in La Napoule and all through along the
coast to Cannes.
The accommodation in the villa is ideally suited to 10 people
although there are sleeping facilities for up to 12. There is no
internal access to the lower floor and this is entered from the
terrace below or via the garage. On the lower floor there are 3
bedrooms, one twin bedded and a double that share a bathroom en
suite to both. (One bedroom is approached through the other). Third
bedroom has twin beds and en suite shower. On the upper floor the
sleeping arrangements are again in three bedrooms, with master
bedroom with en suite bathroom and a further twin and a double
that share the upper family bathroom.
The kitchen has dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob, microwave, washing
machine clothes dryer and oven. Breakfast table and chairs for
4 and direct access to the rear terrace where there is a large
teak dining table and outdoor furniture. The living/dining room
has three French windows to the upper terrace that overlooks the
pool and the golf course. Furnishings are in rattan and wicker,
open fireplace, TV with digital satellite, hi-fi/CD player.
An ideal large family house for all vacations or equally suitable
for anyone attending the congresses or exhibitions in Cannes.
