A deceptively spacious villa that can accommodate up to 9 people
situated in between La Gaude and Cagnes sur Mer on the coast and
just a very short drive from the airport. Le Citronnier is an unusual
design in that it is built around a central courtyard with a flourishing
lemon tree in the centre. The accommodation is on several different
levels making it easy for clients to find a quiet corner if necessary.
On entering the villa there is a split level lounge with sitting
areas around a cheminée and an open area with views to the
garden and pool. The dining area is separate and adjacent to the
kitchen.
The kitchen is traditional in style with oak fronted units but
with every appliance possible including fridge, electric oven,
microwave, dishwasher, grill, fish griddle and halogen hob. There
is a freezer in an adjacent store room, washing machine and tumble
dryer.
Sleeping accommodation is variable with two double rooms with
en suite facilities and two other bedrooms on the lower pool level
floor with a central play room/sitting area. Here the sleeping
arrangements are flexible so that 5 beds can be organised according
to the requests of the clients. On the lower floor there is also
a separate WC and a WC and bathroom. If the playroom area is not
used for sleeping there is a bar football table in the centre of
the room and also a table tennis table outside near the summer
kitchen.
There are three TV’s, 2 videos and 2 English channels through
cable. Within walking distance and of great interest to any teenagers
or youngsters in the party, there is the Sun Loisirs leisure centre
that provides a large pool, tennis, squash, paddle tennis, gym,
billiards, mountain bikes, a bar and a restaurant. Coaching can
be arranged here for any of the sports and fitness. A really spacious
and well presented villa with entertainment for younger ones at
hand, close to the coast and airport and still retaining the peace
of an inland villa.
