The villa can sleep 8 adults + 1 child and baby with three double
bedrooms on the main floor of the villa, each with either en suite
bathroom and toilet or en suite shower room and WC. Two bedrooms
are double and one is a twin bedded room. Further separate guest
WC off hallway.
Extremely well-equipped kitchen with electric oven, hob, large
fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a multitude of cooking
utensils, small breakfast area and access to part of rear terrace
ideal for the early croissant and coffee overlooking wooded valley.
Dining area of the salon also has access to the rear terrace and
overlooks the National parkland across the valley. Salon is in
muted lilac and pastel shades with TV, satellite channels, music
centre, feature cheminée and access via French windows to
the garden. The whole interior is light, airy and spacious.
Descending via an internal staircase, you come to the lower terrace
where there is a large utility room with washer and dryer plus
ironing facilities. Next to this with a separate exterior entrance
is an independent apartment with double bedroom, open living area
and kitchen. There is a sofa bed in the living area that could
be suitable for a child or an extra adult sharing the apartment.
Bathroom with shower, basin and WC. This is ideal for a small family
or possibly grandparents wanting a separate section in the villa.
Large terrace above the oval pool with steps descending to the
paved area around. Shower, covered terrace with barbecue and sink.
The garden is immaculate with lawned areas, mature trees and shrubs
and is all enclosed. Long drive sweeping to large turning circle
and under cover parking for two cars with space for at least two
more.
A superb villa that we are pleased to have back in our luxury
properties to let for 2006 and available all year at realistic
prices. Access to all places of interest on the Côte d’Azur
are within easy reach, but there is little reason to move from
such a tranquil, sun-drenched, verdant setting.
