A two-storey linked villa in the coastal resort of Rocamar village,
adjacent to the 4* Miramar Beach Hotel and within a short walk
to other local restaurants, a general store and the sandy beach
of La Figuerette in the picturesque area of the red rocks of the
Esterel. There is secure parking within enclosed grounds, a lost-edge
pool overlooking the Mediterranean and well kept gardens surrounding
the development. There is also a children’s play area and
clients are able to use the facilities of the tennis, pool, gym
and thalassotherapy centre at the hotel by paying locally.
Miramar is perhaps one of the last unspoilt areas within easy
access to Nice and Cannes and has its own marina with large crescent
sandy beach. Théoule at 4 kilometres away also has golden
sandy beaches, boutiques and an abundance of good rstaurants. There
are water sports locally available.
The Villa Rocamar has two double bedrooms on the lower level with
access from both to a balcony with south-westerly sea views. There
is also a third compact double bedroom without external window
that can accommodate 2 extra people if necessary. Bathroom with
shower over bath, basin and separate WC.
The upper level of the villa also has a balcony with the same
views as the lower floor, with exterior furniture for outdoor dining.
Large living area has glass dining table and chairs, corner bar
and stools, twin comfortable sofas, TV, stereo/CD. Kitchen is equipped
with oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge and is adequately equipped
for 4+.
For position, views and access to the beach and local facilities,
the villa provides a perfect base for a family holiday. There are
local bus services and trains from Le Trayas or Théoule,
but a car is advisable for frequent trips.
