A newly-built villa on the hill of Capitou overlooking the whole
of the bay of Cannes. All the fittings are of excellent quality
and the villa sleeps up to 8 people in comfort. The access road
to the villa is fairly narrow over an unmade stretch and with a
steep drive but worth the slight inconvenience for the panoramic
views, the idyllic pool with lost edge and the luxurious accommodation.
This is not however a villa for toddlers as there are certain areas
where the drops are too steep because of the hillside location.
The accommodation from the main entrance is a large open-plan
space incorporating living room, a more formal dining area and
a limed oak kitchen…..all of these have views to the bay
that are quite spectacular both during the day and at night. Covered
veranda for outdoor dining has the advantage of the view, the pool
vista and a cooler place for that lingering lunch or a relaxed
evening barbecue. The kitchen has all new appliances: electric
oven, gas hob, micro-wave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing
machine and is adjacent to the exterior dining terrace. Living
space is in apricot tones, satellite TV with some English channels,
hi-fi. On the same level is the master bedroom with double bedded
room and en suite bathroom with sunken bath, shower and twin basins.
Upper level has double suite with bathroom adjacent and the lower
level has two double bedrooms with access to the same terrace as
the pool with shared shower room and WC situated between the two.
Lower level here also has exterior shower and store area.
A spectacular villa, more for a family with teenagers than toddlers,
close to all amenities, superb views and a really relaxing feel
to the whole villa.
