Théoule is an extremely picturesque village nestling on
the Estérel coast only 15 kilometres from Cannes. It boasts
two crescent beaches, superb water sports, excellent restaurants
both on the beach and in the village, as well as a variety of local
shops with two supermarkets, bakery, local butcher and several
boutiques. If you don’t have a car there is a regular bus
service and local train station, making trips to Cannes, Nice and
Monte Carlo and beyond very accessible. During the Summer there
are often local festivities in the main square and on the beach,
as well as many national commemorative firework displays.
The Villa Rouge is a recently built villa on the hillside overlooking
Théoule with spectacular unrestricted panoramic sea views
(from every room) across the bay to Cannes. The garden is terraced
