In the main villa on the ground floor there is a superb salon
with large picture windows and access to the pool and garden. Within
this large room there is a dining table and chairs, pastel turquoise
sofas, feature cheminée, TV with TPS (satellite), radio,
stereo, CD player. The kitchen is no less well equipped and furnished
with circular breakfast table, breakfast bar, fridge, dishwasher,
gas and electric hob, electric oven. Washing machine in the utility
area off the kitchen where there is a second large fridge and freezer.
There are two double bedrooms, one on the ground floor with access
to the front garden and en suite shower room with basin and WC.
There is also a separate guest WC and basin off the hallway. On
the upper floor is the master bedroom with 180 cms bed that can
be made up as two singles if required. Pretty peach tones throughout
this room and the en suite luxury bathroom with hand made tiled
mural. Bathroom has bath separate shower cubicle and twin basins
with a separate WC on the first floor. There is access to a terrace
from the main bedroom.
Parking at the entrance to the villa for 2+ cars with remote-controlled
gates and also a further access to park one car on a lower entrance
level to the garden. A really special villa with only a limited
availability……..this will leave late-comers disappointed.
